13SKIIN Refund & Return Policy

Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at 13skiin@gmail.com.
We encourage customers to submit any cancellation request within 12 hours of placing the order to ensure it can be processed before shipment.

Once we confirm your cancellation, a full refund will be issued using your original payment method.
No additional fees will be charged for cancellations made before dispatch.


Return & Refund Eligibility (After Shipment)

We aim to ensure every 13SKIIN product reaches you in perfect condition.
However, returns or refunds will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  1. Wrong Item Delivered

    • The product received is not the one you ordered.

    • The size, scent, or variant differs from your order details.

    • There are missing items in your parcel.

  2. Damaged During Delivery

    • The product is found broken, leaking, or physically damaged upon arrival.

  3. Failed Delivery

    • Orders returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts (e.g. incorrect address).

Please note: All goods sold are non-refundable except for the cases listed above.


Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be made within 7 working days from the date of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include any free gifts received.

  • The item must be returned securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

  • Products purchased through other retailers or marketplaces are not eligible under this policy.

Any return or refund request due to a change of mind will not be accepted.


Return & Refund Process

  1. Email your return request to 13skiin@gmail.com with the following details:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos of the item (if damaged/wrong item)

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


Refund Method

  • Online Bank Transfer: Refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days into your bank account.

  • Credit / Debit Card Payment: Refunds will be sent to your card-issuing bank. Please allow 7–14 working days, depending on your bank’s processing time.


Policy Rights

13SKIIN reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not meet the above conditions or is deemed unreasonable.
